About Doug Parkins

Doug has a 25 year background in zoning and development projects, most-recently as a Principal at RETTEW Associates, Inc. in Lancaster, PA in charge of Town Planning. Doug has since started a real estate investment company as President and Managing Partner. Doug´s responsibilities include seeking out the investments, teaming contractors, lenders and property managers and executing the work necessary to convert the blight into a valuable asset. Doug obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license in March of 2010 and specializes in residential investment property for himself and his investor clients.
